1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and www55 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing www55 at www55.vu, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree unconditionally to be bound by these Terms and any additional guidelines, rules, or policies published on the platform from time to time.

You are eligible to use www55 only if you:

• Are at least 21 years of age. www55 enforces strict age verification and will request identity documentation to confirm your date of birth before activating full account features.
• Are a natural person, not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity. Corporate accounts are not permitted on www55.
• Are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of www55 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Are not a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of www55 or any of its affiliated companies, technology partners, or game providers.

www55 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify that a player meets these eligibility requirements. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension, withholding of winnings, or permanent account closure.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of features available on www55, including depositing funds, placing wagers, and claiming bonuses, you must register a player account. Account registration is free of charge. www55 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

When registering, you agree to provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your official government-issued identity document.
• A valid, active Bangladesh mobile number for account verification and OTP delivery.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are at least 21 years of age.
• A secure password that you will not share with any third party.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on www55 at any given time. The operation of multiple accounts — whether registered under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where www55 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all such accounts may be suspended without notice and any pending withdrawals or bonus balances may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. www55 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your password secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify www55 customer support immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

www55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests through a range of payment methods approved for Bangladesh players. All financial transactions on the www55 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). www55 does not charge a transaction fee on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum single deposit is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard players, though VIP-tier limits may apply as communicated separately.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are not accepted and may result in account suspension.
• Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. www55 may add or remove payment methods at any time without notice.
• www55 is not responsible for delays in deposit processing caused by technical issues on the part of your payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your www55 balance within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. www55 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Before processing any withdrawal, www55 may require you to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued identity document and proof of payment method ownership.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may vary based on payment provider availability, technical factors, or compliance review requirements.
• www55 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, www55 may request additional verification documentation before proceeding.

All withdrawals are subject to www55's standard compliance review process. Players who have claimed deposit bonuses must ensure that any applicable wagering requirements have been met in full before a withdrawal can be approved. Attempting to withdraw funds that are subject to an active wagering requirement will result in either the cancellation of the pending bonus or the return of the deposit minus any bonus funds, depending on the stage of the rollover at the time of the withdrawal request.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

www55 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are credited in BDT to your www55 bonus balance and are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses on www55 is 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Rollover requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus, which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Where www55 identifies attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times by the same individual, the duplicate bonus will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.
• www55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited and are actively being rolled over will not be affected by mid-rollover cancellation unless fraud or a breach of terms is identified.
• Free spins awarded as part of a bonus or promotion are valid for 7 days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated. Any winnings generated from free spins will be credited as bonus funds subject to applicable wagering requirements.

www55 may at its discretion offer personalised promotions to specific players based on their account activity, VIP tier, or participation in seasonal events. These personalised offers are non-transferable and may not be combined with other active promotions unless explicitly stated. Players who attempt to exploit bonus structures, including through arbitrage, systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to clear rollover, or coordinated multi-account bonus abuse, will have their bonus privileges revoked and their accounts reviewed for potential closure.

6. Gameplay and Fair Play

www55 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. Players agree to the following gameplay standards:

www55 reserves the right to void any wager and withhold associated winnings where there is credible evidence that the wager was placed in breach of these gameplay terms, including through the use of prohibited tools or by exploiting a pricing error in the sports betting markets.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the www55 platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Using the www55 platform for any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity and subsequently withdrawing them as apparent gambling winnings.
• Registering more than one account on www55, or assisting or encouraging another person to register a duplicate account on your behalf or for the purpose of claiming additional bonuses.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during account registration, identity verification, or at any other point of interaction with www55.
• Attempting to collude with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, tournament, or betting market available on www55.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform in a way that is not consistent with legitimate human gameplay.

www55 employs fraud detection and anti-money-laundering monitoring systems that operate continuously across all platform activity. Any account flagged by these systems will be placed under review, during which time withdrawals may be suspended pending the outcome of the review. Players whose accounts are under review are encouraged to cooperate fully with any documentation requests from the www55 compliance team.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

www55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false registration information, or where closure is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory guidance.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their www55 account may do so at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing an account, any remaining real-money balance will be paid out subject to standard withdrawal terms and KYC verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Self-exclusion is available as a responsible gaming tool. A player who activates self-exclusion through their account settings or through a written request to customer support will have their account suspended for the duration of the exclusion period they select. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. www55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. However, in urgent cases — including where an immediate amendment is required for legal, security, or regulatory compliance reasons — changes may take effect without advance notice.

Your continued use of the www55 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
